I think this is one of my best works

But I think I must continue improving at backgrounds .__.
The title is simple, but I like it anyways
So! This is the 2nd prize for my contest! And this time, it goes to Ysulyan!
This is his dragon Ysulyan (I like his design so much)
He's looking to a sunset from the mountains
I had a stupid shading block, but now it's gone!
I was trying some new things with background here, like rock's texture (where Ysulyan is standing) And with clouds too
However I must improve with mountains a little bit more
And I like his pose so much, I think I had a great idea with it
I'll request critiques here, it would be awesome to know how can I improve
And I sell this pic too (if I know how to do it
), maybe I'll have some new prints soon
Only Ysulyan can use this!!

Technique ImpactMy first critique on deviantart!
Okay lets start with the characters anatomy, the first thing i noticed was that the middle of the tail looks a little to thick, also the wings seem confusing due to how close they are together at the top. The torso looks small in length but i can see where your going with it. All in all, the shading is superb and the lineart is great and the pose is really different! (In a good way)
The background is neat! Its really pretty too, i like how the clouds have a hint of orange on the bottom, from the rays of the, very beautiful! The mountains in the seem have very nice shading and the essence of orange like the clouds! Even though some parts of the shading is off, its still good!
Another pointer is that the dragon looks like it isn't standing on anything, hence being blocked by the abnormal tail!
Hope you can give me a break for my first critique! This is by far an awesome drawing and has lots of character!!!! Love it! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="
