Wow, some months ago I never thought that I could do this

Well, this is another guardian... Flurry, the clouds guardian

As you can see, his wings are his arms. He's falling down, playing in the sky...

"Well, he's a cute thing, isn't he?" would be my first thought. Very well drawn, and nicely shaded too. The background also looks good - the clouds are nice and fluffy, and I like how you've used a gradient for the sky. The feather around his neck, too, is a well-executed detail.

In terms of improvement, I'd focus on the lineart. It looks a little shaky, and in one or two places a line carries on past where I'd expect it to stop - for example, where the curve of his back meets his shoulder blade. How long have you been drawing with the tablet?
If you make your strokes with the tablet pen faster, the lines will appear smoother and more natural. I'd also advise checking over your lineart before you start colouring - so you can catch those little bits of line I mentioned.

Overall, though, I do like this guy. He looks very sweet =]
